Born in San Genaro, Province of Santa Fe, Dr. Lisandro E. Castagno graduated with academic distinction from the School of Law at the National University of Rosario (1998) and obtained his Postgraduate Specialization in Administrative Law (2004).

He has developed an extensive career in both the public sector and private practice. He served in the National Judiciary, worked with prestigious law firms in Rosario, and held senior positions within the Government of the Province of Santa Fe, including Director of Legal Affairs, Deputy Secretary for Legal and Technical Affairs, and Secretary for Legal and Technical Affairs.

Dr. Castagno is an Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law at the National University of Rosario and has lectured in Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the same university. He has held positions in both public administration and private practice. He interned at the Provincial Judiciary, worked with leading law firms in Rosario, and served as Legal Advisor, Director of Legal Affairs, and Deputy Secretary for Legal and Technical Affairs for the Government of the Province of Santa Fe.

Dr. Franchi’s professional practice focuses on comprehensive corporate advisory services, particularly in Public Procurement, Regulated Public Services, Infrastructure– PPP, Environmental Law, Renewable Energy, Legislative Drafting, Complex Litigation, and Conflict Resolution.

Born in the city of Santa Fe (1976), Dr. Marcos graduated from the School of Legal and Social Sciences at the National University of the Litoral (1998). She subsequently specialized in Tax Law at the School of Law and Social Sciences (Rosario) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA).

She is a faculty member of the Law program at the National University of Rosario and is a frequent speaker and lecturer at numerous conferences, seminars, and legal congresses, as well as a professor in postgraduate programs within her field of expertise.

With a solid academic background and extensive experience in both public and private law, she leads the firm’s practice areas in Taxation – Tax Compliance, and Foreign Exchange & International Trade. Additionally, she plays an active role in Legislative Drafting within her specialized sectors.

Born in Rosario, Province of Santa Fe, Dr. Ortega graduated from the School of Law at the National University of Rosario (2013) and obtained her Postgraduate Specialization in the Judiciary from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (2021).

Dr. Ortega combines a solid legal background and extensive experience with outstanding organizational and management skills. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in various areas of both the public and private sectors, including the Ministry of Security of the Province of Santa Fe, the Regional Prosecutor’s Office No. 2 of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPA), and Criminal Complaint Centers.

Driven by her commitment, proactivity, and meticulous attention to detail, she currently serves as the Firm Manager. In this role, she coordinates work teams, optimizes internal processes, and ensures the delivery of efficient, personalized, and high-quality legal services for all clients.

Born in Rosario, Province of Santa Fe (1995), Dr. Combina graduated from the School of Law at the National University of Rosario (2018). She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Settlement of Disputes, Arbitration, and Transactional Practice from the Charles III University of Madrid (2023–2024).

During her academic career, she was an active participant in prestigious international competitions focused on Human Rights, Oral Criminal Litigation, and International Commercial and Investment Arbitration. She has served as a speaker, coach, and arbitrator, receiving numerous awards for both her oral and written advocacy—experiences that have solidified her sharp analytical profile and persuasive legal reasoning.

She leads the firm’s practice areas in: Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Asset Protection & Structuring, Estate Planning & Family Business, Complex Litigation, and Conflict Resolution across civil, commercial, and criminal matters, as well as International Arbitration and Law & Emerging Technologies.

Born in Teodelina, Province of Santa Fe, Dr. Justel Calvente graduated from the School of Law at the National University of Rosario (2020) and obtained his Postgraduate Specialization in Administrative Law from the same institution.

He serves as a Professor of Constitutional Law at the School of Law of the National University of Rosario (UNR).

He is currently in charge of the following practice areas: Public Procurement, Regulated Public Services, and Infrastructure.

Born in Álvarez, Province of Santa Fe, she graduated from the School of Law at the National University of Rosario (2019). She is a certified Mediator, having graduated from the Conflict Resolution Training Center (2021), and holds degrees as a Professor of Law (2023) and Notary Public (2023), both from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA).

She leads the firm’s practice areas in Individual and Collective Labor Law and is actively involved in Corporate Law matters, providing strategic counsel and comprehensive legal solutions to companies, institutions, and private clients.

She is originally from Coronel Arnold and is 30 years old.

She earned her Law Degree from the School of Law at the National University of Rosario (UNR) in 2019, where she also completed a Diploma in Advanced Corporate Law Studies.

Additionally, she has specialized in the Capital Markets sector, attending the Professional Qualification Program (Idoneidad) at the Rosario Board of Trade (BCR).

Currently, she develops her practice at the firm within the Health Law & Life Sciences and Corporate Lawdepartments.

Throughout her professional career, she has provided legal counsel and assistance to companies across diverse industries with varied legal requirements.
